When we talk about AI, there really is no such thing as a stupid question. Here are straight answers to the things small business owners often ask. If yours isn't here, just ask.
Getting started
Yes, as much as you want us to. You don't need to understand the technology to work with us. We set everything up, and on a monthly plan we look after the routine jobs for you, so your part is checking and approving what goes out in your name. If it needs more time than the plan includes, we agree a price in writing first. If you'd like to learn a little along the way, we'll go at your pace, in plain English. If not, that's fine too.
Usually it's because the tool was given a vague brief and nothing about your business. We set it up with your brand, your tone of voice and saved instructions for your regular jobs, and a person checks what comes out. That's what makes the difference.

Almost certainly not. A laptop or a phone is enough. We use the tools you already have wherever we can, and if you need a paid AI tool we tell you which plan and what it costs before you buy anything.
The health check takes 30 minutes. Setting things up usually takes a session or two of your time. After that, the aim is for your regular jobs to take minutes rather than hours.
Working with us
We work with businesses of 1 to 20 people that do their own marketing: trades, cafes, pubs and B&Bs, health and beauty, independent shops and sole-trader professionals. If you're not sure, ask us.
Yes, especially for an initial meeting. Otherwise we work by video call.
You keep everything. Your accounts, templates and website are all in your name. Monthly plans run with one month's notice and there are no long contracts.
AI and trust
They shouldn't. We set AI up with your brand and your tone of voice, and a person checks every piece for anything that looks or sounds generic before it goes out.
That's why a person checks everything: facts, prices, dates and claims. Nothing goes out in your name until you've seen it and signed it off.
Only if it's done carefully. We never put your customers' personal details into AI tools without your agreement, and your AI use policy makes the rules clear for anyone who works with you.
That's not what we're here for. We use AI to take the routine, repetitive jobs off your plate, so you and your team have more time for the work only people can do.
Costs
Because you should know what something costs before you spend time talking about it.
Only your own tool subscriptions, which you pay direct. Anything else is agreed in writing before we start.
Our monthly plans are paid monthly. For larger jobs, ask us and we will see what we can do.
